Buses from Soná to Santa Catalina leave daily at 5a.m.,12noon and 4 p.m. Tell the driver to drop you off at Cabañas SOL Y MAR

Buses from Santa Catalina to Sona leave every day at 7a.m.,8a.m. and 2p.m.They stop anywhere you want them to along the main road .The fare from here to Sona is 3.85usd.

There is also the possibility of hiring a private bus or minibus with driver to take you from here to anywhere in Panama.
